 1. Eligibility

• The Isabel’s 10% Loyalty Card is available exclusively to residents in the BH12, BH13, and BH14 postcodes, who have dined at Isabels in the last 6 months.
• Issue of card and registration must be approved before use.
• Proof of address is required at the time of registration, along with valid email and telephone details, must be inputted via ResDiary.

2. Discount Applicability

The 10% discount applies to all full-paying events and services for a maximum of 4 Guests at any one time.

• Cocktail Masterclasses
• Wine Evenings
• Tribute Nights
• Cabaret Evenings
• Plus exclusive offers throughout the year for our loyal customers.
• The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounted menus.

Other ways to use the loyalty card would be

• For example, we can give a free sweet for birthdays, or glass of prosecco/beer.
• Priority bookings for special events.

3. Exclusions

• The loyalty card discount does not apply to private events, external catering services, or any special events not listed in the eligibility section.
• For 4 or more people
• Not on special price or discounted menus or events.

4. Marketing Consent

• By signing up for the loyalty card, you consent to being added to Isabel’s marketing programme.
• You will receive updates about upcoming events, promotions, and offers. You can opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails or contacting us directly.

5. GDPR Compliance

Your personal information will be securely stored and used solely for the purposes of administering the loyalty card programme and marketing communications, in accordance with GDPR regulations.

6. Card Usage

• The loyalty card is for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred.
• The card must be presented at the time of payment to redeem the discount.

7. Validity and Revocation

• Isabel’s reserves the right to amend or terminate the loyalty card programme at any time without prior notice.
• Misuse of the card, including attempts to use it in conjunction with other offers or without meeting the stated criteria, may result in its cancellation.

8. Additional Conditions

• Discounts are applied to the final bill amount after taxes and service charges.
• The loyalty card remains the property of Isabel’s and must be returned upon request.
